Who Are We?
Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower teens and young adults by sharing authentic mental health stories, creative expression, and accessible resources that foster connection and self-understanding.
What we Do
Original Writing and Publications - We publish thoughtful articles, poetry, and short stories in our website and distributed for free to schools across the globe, bringing important conversations directly to young readers.
Contests - Creative competitions with cash prizes encourage creatives to share their voices and perspectives on mental wellness.
Interviews - In-depth conversations with scientists, policymakers, nonprofit leaders, and mental health advocates serve to inspire and inform our community.
Outreach & Resources - Engaging presentations delivered at hospitals, universities, and community centers, offering education and support to educators and those navigating mental health challenges.
